How We Helped SignalWire 2x Conversions & Fuel $41.6M Growth

SignalWire, a leader in AI telecom, has raised $41.6M in funding to redefine business communications.
But their website was working against them—unclear messaging, scattered CTAs, and a lack of developer-first content made it hard to convert visitors into users.
We stepped in to revamp their website for clarity, engagement, and conversions.
Industry: AI-Powered Communications | Telecommunications | CPaaS | Enterprise SaaS | Business Intelligence
Scope of Work: Copywriting | Brand | Website | Motion Design | No-code Development
Stack: Figma | Lottie Files | Webflow
Before: Identifying the Problems
The original website had several issues that hindered user experience and conversions:

❌ 1. Lack of Clear Messaging
The headline, "Build and Integrate Communications Apps. Faster.", was vague and didn’t immediately communicate the core offering.
Technical jargon like CPaaS, CCaaS, and UCaaS confused non-technical users.
❌ 2. Unstructured CTAs (Call-to-Actions)
Competing CTAs ("Start for Free" and "Talk to an Expert") left users unsure of what action to take.
No clear CTA hierarchy or urgency to convert.
❌ 3. Overloaded Hero Section
A generic hacker-style illustration didn’t connect with the target audience.
Too much text upfront without a clear value statement.
❌ 4. Weak Visual Hierarchy & Readability Issues
Bright, inconsistent colors (blue, pink, black, neon) made the design feel cluttered.
Text-heavy sections lacked skimmability, making it difficult to digest information quickly.
❌ 5. Poor Social Proof Implementation
Logos of big brands like Samsung and Audi were underutilized.
No customer testimonials or case studies to reinforce trust.
❌ 6. Lack of Developer-Centric Appeal
The site didn’t feel tailored for developers, missing code snippets and technical walkthroughs.
It was unclear how APIs worked in real-world scenarios.
After: The Redesigned Website
We rebuilt the website with a developer-first approach, a modern aesthetic, and a streamlined conversion flow.

✅ 1. Stronger Messaging & Positioning
New headline: "Telecom APIs for AI Agents That Talk and Text."
Clearly defines what the product does and its AI-driven approach.
Subtext simplifies the offering, making it easier for both technical and non-technical users to grasp.
✅ 2. Simplified & Clear CTA Structure
Primary CTA: "Start for Free" with a strong value statement.
Secondary CTA: "Talk to an Expert" placed strategically.
CTA buttons are distinct, creating a clear conversion path.
✅ 3. More Engaging Hero Section
Replaced the generic illustration with a sleek, dark-mode design and a code-based UI preview.
Emphasized developer tools & API capabilities to attract the right audience.
✅ 4. Improved Visual Hierarchy & Readability
Sleek dark theme with neon accents, creating a modern and technical feel.
Structured sections with more spacing, contrast, and skimmable content.
Infographics & step-by-step explanations instead of text-heavy sections.
Prominent display of Samsung, Audi, and other big brands that use SignalWire.
Addition of real testimonials and trust-building elements.
✅ 6. Developer-Centric Design & Content
Real code snippets showcasing API implementation.
Modular architecture breakdown to highlight telecom infrastructure.
Step-by-step use cases to make it easier for developers to get started.
How You Can Apply This to Your Site
